Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (機動戦士ガンダム00（ダブルオー）, Kidō Senshi Gandamu Daburu Ō, Mobile Suit Gundam Double-O) is a Japanese anime television series, the eleventh installment in Sunrise studio's long-running Gundam franchise [1] comprising two seasons. The GN-0000 00 Gundam (aka 00 Gundam, 00 (pronounced "Double-Oh")) is the titular mobile suit of Mobile Suit Gundam 00. It is the successor of the GN-001 Gundam Exia and is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei. The GN-0000 00 Gundam was one of the new Gundams developed by Celestial Being after the paramilitary organization was defeated by the UN Forces in AD 2308. It was made specifically for Setsuna F Thus, even in the 24th Century, humanity has yet to come together as one. In this world of never-ending conflict, a private armed organization appears, dedicated to the elimination of war through armed force. Its name is Celestial Being, and it is in possession of "Gundam" mobile suits.
